Who is responsible

This website is operated by Savannah Gervasi, residential and commercial real estate broker, with Services Immobiliers E. Gareau Inc. Questions about this policy or about your personal information can be sent to immobilier@savannahgervasi.com.

Information this website collects

• If you use the contact form, the information you choose to enter: your name, email address, telephone number, the type of property you are interested in, your message, and your consent.
• If you write or call directly, the information you share with me.
• The contact form does not ask for sensitive information such as financial details, social insurance numbers or government identification. Please do not include them in your message.
• Your language choice (English or French) is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it. It stays on your device and is not sent to me.
• To display the site, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts, and the site is delivered through Cloudflare. As with any website, these providers may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type.
• This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

How it is used

• To respond to your request and provide the information or services you ask about.
• To arrange consultations or property viewings and follow up with you.
• To send you real estate information, only if you ask for it.
• Your information is not sold, and it is not used for unsolicited marketing without your consent.

Who receives it

• When you use the contact form, your message is delivered to me by Web3Forms, a service provider that processes it on my behalf. Messages sent by email or telephone are handled by me and, where needed for your request, by the real estate agency I work with.
• Your information is shared only with those who need it for the purposes above, such as the agency and the providers that help operate this website and my email.
• Your information may also be disclosed where required by law, a court order or a regulatory authority.

Links to other websites

This site links to other websites, such as Centris, REALTOR.ca, the OACIQ and the Ville de Montréal. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.

How long it is kept

Your information is kept only as long as needed to respond to you and to meet professional and legal record-keeping obligations. It is then deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

• You may ask to see the personal information I hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, subject to applicable law.
• You may also ask to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used technological format, or to have it transferred to another organization, where the law provides for it.

This website is intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

This website is served over HTTPS (encrypted), and reasonable security measures are used to protect the information you send. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
